I work in the marketing and advertising world specializing in business branding, and in my line of work just like you, our job isn't finished after the website is launched, or the logo is developed. There are many hours that go into the creativity of each project both before and after development. Contracting a person or company who has the right skill set and who is trained in those skills can make the difference in a job being done right, or a job being done wrong that later down the road will have to be re-done. Be aware of who you do your work, & ask; how that person or company does work with others. I enjoyed reading your post! Ken, you are right on the money!
