This is a comment made on my You Tube Channel:

JHSchwarzkopf has made a comment on Sheetrock taping and finishing:

Quote:"This is an individual that inspires, motivates and educate all in the same breath. This is one of the rare breeds that comes along in a rare blue moon.

All of you that has the desire to want to learn ANY aspect of the trade, I encourage you to seek someone that reflects the positive energy with productivity all in the same motion.

These are the building blocks of success in the world of construction in which, male egos are a dime a dozen...but a Old School Pro is a rare bird indeed." end quote

Thank you Mr. Schwarzkopf for the kind words spoken over You Tube. Best wishes for 2012.

Hey Ken. Very informative blog. I find this to be true not only for insulation, but for many different aspects of remodeliing. my clients have trusted me for construction consultation and it's a pleasure to build in this type of atmosphere. My subs as well. So wonderful to go to work and cooperate with the owners on a basis of professionalism. Really enjoy reading your blogs and will share them with all my friends. Keep up the good work. Oh, by the way; when are you going to get back on the radio?

I have an 8' slider that is very heavy, but now slides on a finger's touch, thanks to Ken. Ken's advice and broad skill base have proved invaluable over the years and I always go to him first because if he can't do it he points me to the right person that he knows has the skill and knowledge I need without fear of being ripped off. I miss his radio show.

Ken, you are right on the money! I work in the marketing and advertising world specializing in business branding, and in my line of work just like you, our job isn't finished after the website is launched, or the logo is developed. There are many hours that go into the creativity of each project both before and after development. Contracting a person or company who has the right skill set and who is trained in those skills can make the difference in a job being done right, or a job being done wrong that later down the road will have to be re-done. Be aware of who you do your work, & ask; how that person or company does work with others. I enjoyed reading your post!

When I find myself in need of help for my home repairs and remodels, I always contact Ken Swanson for the best man for the job. He can recommend plumbers, electricians, and builders of every kind. I have never been disappointed. I don't need to "take a chance" on an unknown guy from the yellow pages or from an ad in the paper. Thanks for all of your help, Ken. You realy know your business.

Ken,
Since you don't come right out and say it here, I will say it for you! Around this county YOU are the right man for the job when it comes to developing a pro-class construction radio commercial. Not saying anything here to take away from the other radio pros, but you are right. Listeners are smart. They seem to know sincerity from hype!
